How to trick yourself into working out in the morning

Sleep in your workout clothes.

When the alarm went off at 5:45 (hey, I'm easing into it!), I thought "I'll just workout this evening."

Then I thought, "@#$^# I'm already dressed. Fine."

Leg day and a 15 minute run done before 7. I'll have to make it earlier if I want to run longer.

Boo-yeah.

  3. But don't sleep in your workout clothes after exercising the night before - that's kinda gross.
